Our Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected and processed when you install and use any of our mobile application/game published by "Atharva GameTech" developer from the Google Play store.

This Privacy Policy complies with GDPR in the EU and COPPA in the US.

If you are not agree with our policy, please do not use our games/apps.

This Privacy Policy is updated on a regular basis. If we make changes, You will get to know by checking the date at the top of the policy. You will be deemed to have accepted these changes if you continue to use the Service.

Collection of Information:

We do not perceptively gather any personal information from the APPs directed to children apart from the below mentioned information that are collected automatically. Please contact us if you believe we have mistakenly collected such information so that we can resolve the issue at the earliest.

Automatic information is received and recorded to support the internal operations. Some of this information is gathered via third-party analytics tools.

List of Non-personal information may be collected:

• your mobile device’s identifiers, Android Device Id and/or Android Advertising ID (AAID)
• your age, non-precise geolocation information
• your device's hardware/software/firmware, screen resolution
• your app usage, progress in the game, scores, preferred options, and so on
• We have no control over the type of information you sent or the level of privacy of that information if you send it through our website or email directly.
• Application performance and debugging information.
• The amount of time spent on an app
• Game state and the date and time of activity on our Services.

This information is collected and evaluated in aggregated form. This information is not sold with or without user consent.

Personal Information:

• We utilise personal information to display appropriate contextual adverts in the app to children (as defined by GDPR in the EU, COPPA in the US, and comparable applicable legislation in other jurisdictions).
• Non-child users who have granted us permission to share their advertising IDs with our ad network partners (as further defined under Sharing of Information) for the purpose of delivering them with personalised advertisements in the app (behavioural advertising / targeted advertising) are provided with personal information.

• We utilise to track and analyse general app distribution statistics such as audience, country, devices, installs, and sessions, and then maintain and enhance the app based on that data.

Directly-sent information:

• As previously stated, we can obtain unrestricted data and information from users via email.
• We usually disregard and do not process any Personal Information obtained through such requests, instead analysing general opinions, complaints, and recommendations in order to improve the quality of our applications. However, in exceptional circumstances, such as support inquiries, unintended purchases, personal data removal requests, or any other type of complaint about our applications and services, we may need to use required Personal Information to address an issue and satisfy the user.

Sharing of Information:

Only the following recipients receive information about you:

• In order to offer relevant advertisements, Google AdMob and Unity, an advertising network firm, collaborated. We give an advertising network firm your advertising ID so that they can serve you personalized adverts (targeted ads) within the app.

• If you are from the European Union (EU), we only disclose your advertising ID if you have given your approval, as required by the GDPR.

Opt-out from Ads Personalization:

• Uninstall the app from your device.

The service we use to collect and analyse statistics are Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. We only share non-personal information with you, such as information about how you use the app. For more information please click here.

User data deletion request:

To delete or to opt out of data collection, please email us at atharva.gametech@gmail.com with device information and user id along with game name. However, we may ask you to verify your identity to know that it is actually you who is requesting to delete your personal data before processing your request.

Children's Privacy:

Some of our apps are specifically designed for children, as stated in the Google Play store's publishing information. We do not collect, handle, or disclose any Personal Information about users in these apps, including advertising ID.
